Whether you're hosting a training seminar, a large corporate conference, or your Christmas Do, our elegant spaces provide the perfect setting for productivity and success. We offer spaces and days for team-building with access to high-quality facilities to enhance employee satisfaction and your corporate image.

The Leatherhead Club is ideally located for events of all kinds – from seminars to celebrations seating, hosting up to 120. Best of all, our secluded setting is only a two-minute drive from M25 Junction 9 and 10 minutes from the A3. If your guests are travelling some distance, our location is easily accessible with plenty of parking and disabled access.

We also offer our 1903 Lounge as a flexible workspace and networking hub, perfect for smaller meetings, interviews or as a work from home space. As part of our restaurant area, this space is, of course, free to use and open to all.

Seminars, Meetings & Training Days

The Perry Room, our main event space, is ideal for private seminars, meetings and training days up to 100 guests with Theatre style seating or 70 guests Cabaret style. Our room is adaptable for table layouts and is fitted with accessible projector, TV and audio - our facilities are flexible to work around your event needs. We also provide catering services for a morning coffee break, breakfast and lunch or a mid-afternoon snack as well as a private bar and terrace.

Team Building Days

We offer multiple event rooms, spaces and activities for Corporate Team Building Days. Whether you would like a private space in our Perry Room, play 18-holes with your co-workers or hire a few bays on our Trackman Driving Range with group coaching from our Pro, we have you covered.

Trackman Range

Golf Societies

Whether you would like to play with a small society or organise a larger shotgun golf event we ensure you can get the maximum benefit from the day. Enjoy tea, coffee and bacon rolls prior to your tee time, then dig into a well-deserved dinner afterwards.

The great thing is that when you arrive at our course you can leave the big city hustle and bustle behind (for a few hours at least!). The countryside setting, professional set up and welcoming environment all come together to create an incredible golfing experience.

Staff Parties

With the choice of two gorgeous event rooms, both with secluded patio terraces, our location provides the perfect set up for any celebration. Whether you want a 3-course dinner or to party all night, our events team and staff are hands on to ensure your event is everything you hoped for.

We offer a variety of food and beverage packages suitable for any type of event and both of our rooms boast a fully staffed Private bar
